Dr. Kristyn Neckles
Psychologist, Psy.D.
Therapy can be one of the few places where you do not have to have the answers, take care of anyone else, or pretend that everything is fine. My virtual practice offers a private and convenient space to slow down, speak openly, and give attention to the parts of your life that may have been pushed aside while you were busy managing everything else.
Our sessions are warm, collaborative, and grounded in what matters most to you. We may explore anxiety, stress, relationships, difficult life transitions, past experiences that continue to shape the present, or the feeling that despite everything you have accomplished, something still needs to change. Together, we will make sense of what is keeping you stuck and identify practical ways to help you feel more connected, confident, and intentional in your life.
Online therapy offers the flexibility to receive meaningful support from a space where you feel comfortable, without adding travel or another complicated commitment to your day. You do not need to wait until things become unmanageable to begin. Sometimes therapy starts with a simple recognition: I am ready for something to be different.

Alena Porter
Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC, NCC
I have been providing video therapy and video EMDR treatment since March of 2020. Online therapy has many benefits such as being easier to fit into your schedule or not having to leave the house or arrange for child care. When compared to in person therapy video EMDR therapy has demonstrated equal effectiveness in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression, body image issues, chronic pain, and grief.

Gregory Smith
Counselor/Therapist, LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), BCPC
I have been using online counseling for several years, long before it became mainstream. This was due in part because of my previous location, and because of the highly specialized counseling I do with individuals who had adverse childhood experiences that lead to PTSD and Dissociative Disorders through structured and nonstructured traumas. Most of my clients were not local and often were at great distances from my office, including international clients. Therefore, online video counseling has worked very well for me and the clients I counsel.

Luciana C. Silva
Marriage and Family Therapist, PhD, LMFT
Whether I work with clients in person or virtually, I conceptualize my role as one of co-investigator: my goal is to ask good questions that will stimulate your thinking so you can clarify who you are, what you believe, what your goals are, and what you will do – all while remaining connected to those that matter the most in your life. I use family systems theory to guide my work. Even when I work with individuals or couples, I conceptualize the challenges and resources each person brings as ‘residing’ in the larger family context.
