I specialize in EMDR therapy to help individuals heal from trauma and narcissistic abuse, and to return to a place of self-love and emotional balance. Experiences of childhood physical, emotional or sexual abuse can remain stuck in the body, as can instances of narcissistic abuse. These have the potential to contribute to symptoms of depression, anxiety, and hypervigilance as well as problems successfully navigating relationships and managing daily living. I utilize EMDR therapy to change the way these negative memories are stored in the brain, and help you achieve a place of resolution and peace. As a neuropsychologist, I can help you condition your thoughts and rewire your brain for happiness and success.

Approach Description: In my therapy practice, my approach is rooted in a deep commitment to helping individuals heal from trauma, especially the complex and often debilitating effects of narcissistic abuse, and guiding them toward a profound reconnection with self-love and emotional equilibrium. I recognize that the impact of past trauma, whether it be childhood physical, emotional, or sexual abuse, or the lingering pain of narcissistic abuse, can manifest in both emotional and physical ways. These experiences can lead to a host of symptoms, including depression, anxiety, hypervigilance, and difficulties in managing relationships and daily life. Central to my approach is the use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. EMDR is a powerful and evidence-based technique that allows individuals to reframe and reprocess negative memories, thereby transforming the way they are stored in the brain. This process is instrumental in helping individuals find resolution and inner peace, which is often a crucial step toward healing. I utilize a specialized video platform called remotEMDR to provide EMDR therapy in an online setting, making it accessible and convenient for clients. This platform facilitates the therapeutic process, allowing clients to work through their trauma effectively. In addition to EMDR therapy, I believe in the profound connection between the mind and body. I incorporate mind-body practices such as mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork to complement the therapeutic process. These practices promote healing and empower individuals to regain emotional balance and well-being. As a licensed neuropsychologist, I bring a unique skill set to my practice. I help clients identify blind spots and underlying core beliefs that may be contributing to their depression and other symptoms. Furthermore, I specialize in conditioning thought patterns and rewiring the brain for lasting happiness and success. My ultimate goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where individuals can embark on their journey toward healing and personal transformation. Through EMDR therapy, mind-body practices, and the application of neuropsychological expertise, I empower my clients to overcome the shadow of their past, release the grip of trauma, and rediscover the profound capacity for self-love and emotional well-being.

As a neuropsychologist, I have spent decades studying the manner in which brainwave patterns impact our thoughts, feelings, and behavior, and I have extensive experience helping individuals achieve peak performance by optimizing their brain functioning. I am a published researcher in many areas of brain functioning. I have television and news experience and have been featured as a psychological expert on multiple local and national news networks including FOX News. I currently have a private online therapy practice focused on EMDR. I use a somatic approach to teach my clients the manner in which trauma is stored in the body. My mind-body approach to healing is designed to help adults and adolescents heal from narcissistic abuse and recover from the trauma associated with childhood physical, emotional, and sexual abuse and relationship difficulties. As the creator of multiple online courses, programs, eBooks, guided meditations, brainwave audios, and hypnosis audios, I strive to help individuals achieve lasting happiness and inner peace.
