I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapist, working online via Zoom with clients around the world. I specialise in the subconscious patterns underneath anxiety, imposter syndrome and self-doubt in otherwise capable adults. The people I work with are usually intelligent and self-aware. They understand their patterns. They have read the books. And still the pattern keeps showing up. That is the gap RTT was built for. I have been where you are. I know what it is like to feel trapped by anxiety, self-doubt or patterns that seem impossible to break. I also know what it feels like to finally feel free. That is why I do this work.

Treatment Approach

  • Behavioral Therapy Uses learning techniques like reinforcement and practice to change unwanted behaviors. It is often applied to phobias, anxiety, and habits.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
  • Hypnotherapy Uses guided relaxation and focus to access the subconscious mind. It is often used for habits, anxiety, and pain management.
  • Neuropsychology Examines how brain function affects thinking, memory, and behavior. It often involves assessment and rehabilitation strategies.
Approach Description: My approach is trauma-informed, calm and conversational. We start with a discovery call so I can hear what you are working with and you can decide whether the fit feels right. There is no pressure and no script to follow. A full RTT session runs 90 to 120 minutes online via Zoom. We begin by talking through what you want to change. Then we move into hypnosis, which is a focused, relaxed state of awareness. You stay aware, in control and able to talk throughout. We use that state to find the original moment where the pattern was formed. Often this is something small, often early, often forgotten. We work with it together from an adult perspective and update the meaning attached to it. At the end of the session I create a personalised audio recording for you, designed to be listened to daily for at least 21 days. This is how the new wiring settles in. It is short, around 20 minutes. It does the quiet work of integration in the background of your day. When the work calls for it, I draw on the Rewind Technique for working with traumatic memories in a content-free way. Integration Coaching is available for the weeks after a session if you want more structured support. The throughline is the same. Work at the level where the pattern actually lives, not just on the surface where it shows up.

RTT is used for a wide range of issues. My focus is on the subconscious patterns underneath anxiety, imposter syndrome, low confidence, self-doubt, perfectionism, people-pleasing, fear of being seen, money blocks, self-sabotage and the sleep and stress patterns that come with all of the above. These are the patterns that often do not shift through talk therapy, coaching or willpower alone because they are held at a level beneath the thinking mind. Most of the people I work with are intelligent, capable and time-starved. They want real change and they want it without spending years in weekly sessions. RTT is built for exactly this. The work is designed to deliver meaningful, often permanent change in a single session of 90 to 120 minutes, followed by a short integration period using personalised recordings. Some clients and some issues need two or three sessions. Either way, the pace is intentional. What makes RTT different from purely cognitive approaches is that it works directly with the subconscious mind through hypnosis. We go to the root moment where the pattern was formed and update the meaning attached to it from an adult perspective. The original moment is often years or decades earlier. Not just understanding the pattern intellectually. Actually changing it at the level where it lives. Sessions are conducted online via Zoom.
