I know that clients are time-starved and come to me in pain, both physical and emotional. They want rapid results. RTT aims to deliver permanent change in a single session (followed by an integration session), although some clients and some issues will need up to 3 sessions. This a method that truly empowers clients quickly with permanent results.
The technique provides a very clear goal for the client to work towards. Adopting what might be considered a solution focused approach to therapy is why RTT provides a positive effect in such a short space of time.
