H-L Therapy is an innovative, boutique service provider of psychosocial therapy servicing adult Medicare, NDIS and privately paying clients in Adelaide, South Australia. Private and Medicare clients are being seen mostly by Alicja Weidner / Principal Therapist from H-L Therapy in our office, which is located at Modbury North in the north-eastern region of Adelaide. Services for NDIS participants are fully subsidised by NDIS and provided by H-L Therapy staff at either the H-L Therapy office or in other community locations, including participant's houses.

I am a registered Clinical Counsellor & Psychotherapist with extensive experience in a working in a variety of settings. This includes working with children & teens in both the primary and secondary school sector. Furthermore, I have worked in corporate & community sectors with individuals presenting with diverse clinical presentations as well as in family violence and as a on site critical incident trauma clinician. I also specialise in trauma, relationships and behaviour change and I have a variety of tools and modalities that I use in my practice to suit your individual needs.
My passion however lies in working with trauma, couples and with individuals in relationships.

My psychotherapy approach is tailored to your needs and what works best for you. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, and I have worked with refugees, neurodivergent people, poly people, gay/lesbian/bi people, trans people, and intersex people with a variety of mental health concerns. Helping people overcome trauma is something I'm especially passionate about. I am also able to provide ADOS-2 autism assessments for adults and older teens.
