H-L Therapy

Approach Description: We use integrative therapeutic approaches, combining the knowledge and skills from a variety of therapeutic modalities to best benefit the clients. We understand that every individual is unique and what may suit one person does not necessarily suit others. The modalities that we commonly use in H-L Therapy sessions include Interpersonal Therapy, cognitive behaviour strategies mindfulness, relaxation, and guided visualisation techniques. All the strategies offered in H-L Therapy program are simple to use and work well with most people. We are also often intervening therapeutic storytelling and artistic exploration activities to best assist the insight and learning in therapy sessions. Clinical hypnotherapy by our Principal Therapist is also available to clients who would benefit from this approach, including people with anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain and undesirable habits, such as smoking.
