When times are difficult and you need to find answers to difficult situations I can help you connect to your body's wisdom to find solutions. I work collaboratively with clients using creativity, dance and bio-emotional bodywork to build a therapeutic relationship from which people can create change and find happiness in their lives. I have been helping people cope with a variety of mental illness and relational difficulties for the past 30 years; as a counselor since 1990, as a dance/movement therapist and an expressive therapist since 1994, and as a Neo-reichian therapist since 1999. With my diverse toolbox of skills I am able to provide an individualized, multilayered approach to treatment that will engage you physically, emotionally, psychologically, relationally, and spiritually.
