  • Average Session Fee Fees are $180 per session for most associates (sliding scale fees between $150-180 are possible in some cases; please contact for more information). Dr. Frank’s fee is $270 (with only occasional sliding fee slots). We can provide receipts for out of network insurance reimbursement.

As the Coordinator of Campus Alcohol and Substance Awareness at Temple University and past Assistant Director of Health and Counseling at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, he has extensive experience working with diverse clients facing a variety of concerns.. Dr Frank is open to sharing his personal thoughts and experiences as a way of helping others to more fully understand themselves. As a recovering alcoholic with 25 years of sobriety he remembers how hard it was to garner the motivation and courage and to begin to finally want to change a behavior. His honesty in sharing his personal experiences often help others to feel more comfortable in seeking help.
