Listening is an art-form. I provide counseling, life coaching , mindfulness techniques for adults. You can draw on my extensive life experience , plus thousands of hours working with adults on communication, trust, anger, trauma, grief, PTSD, existential crisis. I use numerous counseling and coaching techniques. Making each session unique and challenging. My method is to attempt to get to the core issues as quickly as possible. You will know within the first session whether I am the right therapist, life coach for you. I also work with other therapists, clergy , first responders, health professionals and teachers in assisting them in venting and processing the trauma that they witness and hear from their clients sometimes daily at work and then they have to function at home . I have a sliding scale between 80-160 and you pick what you can afford I do not ask questions about your finances. c-904-476-5336.

I create a safe, nonjudgemental, confidential, zen type environment. My speciality is assisting you in finding your true reality by stepping out of your story and viewing it with curiosity and non judgement and then you can make true choices that allow you to process through the pain that has been stored up causing anxiety/anger. I am a divorced parent of adult twins, and have over 25 years of experience as a counselor / life coach with a wide range of life and work experience ranging from military, law enforcement and sales experience, coupled with a solid educational background. In September of 2015 I had a pulmonary embolism coupled with A-fib which caused me to spend 7 days in intensive care. That experience allowed me to reevaluate my life. Within the last couple of years I have experienced personal loss of my brother , my business partner since 1998 and several close friends along with a very painful divorce. Through all that I learned to have meaning and purpose in my life and am exploring the wonder of the micro and macro of nature. It was not an easy road . I believe I am an excellent therapist and now more then ever I enjoy working with clients and assisting them in finding reality , meaning , purpose and wonder in this crazy world.
