Cindy Yu is a bilingual (English and Mandarin Chinese) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the states of both Florida and Alabama. She is well-trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, solution-focused therapy, Bowen’s theory, Gottman Method, CBT, and more. Cindy believes that each client is comprised of unique yet charismatic components such as personal upbringings, religious beliefs, and cultural backgrounds, that all contribute to narrate a cohesive personal story. This fundamental ideology has cultivated her into offering her clients unconditional positive regard and respect, while tailoring her treatment orientations to better serve each client’s individuality. Dr. Bridget Kromrey is a licensed clinical psychologist with experience supporting individuals and families across the lifespan, with a specialization in psychotherapy and assessment with children, adolescents, and young adults. Dr. Kromrey specializes in grief and loss work, childhood and adult trauma, psychosocial oncology, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. She also has a dedication to serving the LGBTQ+ communities and has received training and worked closely with transgender and gender non-binary youth and adults throughout her career.
