We enjoy working with children and adults individually as well as within group, family and couple settings. My specialities lie in treating anxiety (performance anxiety, OCD, PTSD) as well as depression, life transitions, chronic pain/illness, grief/loss, and more. We have extensive training in shame and trauma and understand how these impact people's ability to function in their day-to-day lives.
We offer a strength based, client-centered approach to therapy. Every person's story is special and deserves an individualized approach. In therapy our therapists utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Family Systems work.
