Approach Description: With over 30 years’ experience working with adults, teens, children, couples and families. I use a deep understanding of human perceptions/ interaction patterns to design unusual and effective interventions for a variety of common and uncommon problems. I love data: I gather information and reverse-engineer, to solve difficult issues that others have not. You deserve to have someone really listen and understand you, help you understand the situation that is causing you distress, and help you get into problem-solving mode to discover the best solution for your situation. I work with a wide variety of common and uncommon issues... non-drug approaches for ADHD; testing and treating children and teens, with therapeutic techniques, helping parents with children's problem behaviors. I've spent years assessing and treating ADHD and have a deep understanding of a variety of approaches to treat it, including medication, nutritional/herbal, and neurofeedback. I help adults get through depression, anxiety, relationship and work problems, and to move from getting out of a problem to enhancing and finding meaning and engagement in life.
