We all want to be great parents to our children, and therapy can be a way of taking care of yourself in order to better care for your children.

I believe that parents are the agents of change in the family due to their status as leaders and their position of authority. Parents have it hard these days, especially since they are working with outdated tools. I bring this new science into my work as I help parents shift their lens from an authoritarian style to positive, relationship-based approach.
