Tilley Fine
Life Coach, Certified Conscious Parent Coach CPMCP™, Clinical Certification for Stress, Anxiety and Self-Regulation
Children are our greatest teachers, they can trigger us the most. I believe that our children are a reflection of the parts of us, that we need to heal. I offer support and guidance to parents who are seeking a deeper connection with their children and a more mindful approach to parenting.
Do you find yourself overwhelmed by the challenges of parenthood, struggling with power struggles, or feeling disconnected from your child? Through the Conscious Parent method, you can cultivate self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and owning your co-creation in your parenting journey. Together, we'll explore how your own childhood experiences and conditioning impact your parenting style, and we'll work to break free from patterns of control, judgment, and reactivity.
I'll empower you to embrace vulnerability, authenticity, and presence in your relationship with your child. Together, we'll foster a nurturing and supportive environment where both you and your children can thrive emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

In addition to my formal training I have extended my training as a parenting educator and baby attachment specialist. I am interested in the early years whether you are raising babies or how you were raised yourself. I go against formal tradition in favour of science to support the babies brain

There's no right way to do it but oh my goodness, there are many wrong ways to do it. What you do now is most likely to determine what happens to your offspring for the rest of their lives. Let's try to get it right.

Well, no one said it would be easy. Or did they? If so, they were wrong (or on autopilot). Its joys are limitless. Its challenges are both great and infinitely various. Sometimes the issues are about couples clarifying differing parenting styles in order to support each other and their children. Sometimes the chid or children present particular difficulties. Sometimes the burden falls on a single parent: what a shame that it is a burden. Where can support come from? Sometimes schools and other statutory services can offer obstacles rather than assistance….
I also offer Family Constellations.
I was a youth and community worker, as well as being a parent, and have worked with families with autistic children and those on the Asperger’s spectrum.
Ask, and we’ll see if I can help. If not, I will find someone who can.
