Working wit with me, you will be able to make the changes you want in a relatively short amount of time. This is NOT "talk therapy." We do talk, but MOST of the transformation is on the unconscious level.
Unlike psychotherapy, which goes on week after week for months or even years, most of my clients find resolution in 3 or 4 90-minute sessions (though some issues, like weight loss, require longer-term follow up).
My methods are highly effective and many of my clients are amazed at the positive changes in themselves in such a short time.
