Over the years I have had the opportunity to work in the school system as a certified teacher and at the rink, coaching young athletes in figure skating. During this time, I developed a passion in supporting children, teens and young adults.
My Counselling approach is focused on the therapeutic relationship, relational, holistic, client-centred and trauma-informed. After a number of years, I transitioned and continue to work at a Children Community Mental Health agency where I'm a clinical manager overseeing a number of children’s mental health programs and a large team of Psychotherapists, social workers, and other allied health professionals.
