H-L Therapy is an innovative, boutique service provider of psychosocial therapy servicing adult Medicare, NDIS and privately paying clients in Adelaide, South Australia. Private and Medicare clients are being seen mostly by Alicja Weidner / Principal Therapist from H-L Therapy in our office, which is located at Modbury North in the north-eastern region of Adelaide. Services for NDIS participants are fully subsidised by NDIS and provided by H-L Therapy staff at either the H-L Therapy office or in other community locations, including participant's houses.

At Sage of Mind, we provide assessments and therapy to all ages, with our therapists experienced in a wide variety of presentations.
To ensure we can provide the very best care for all our patients, we are very selective with the therapists who join our team. We require all our clinicians be university qualified with postgraduate qualifications, be fully registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulatory Agency (AHPRA) and be approved therapists under Medicare and Work Cover.
At Sage of Mind, we provide evidence-based assessments and treatment for a variety of presentations to meet our clients' needs. Sage of Mind prides itself on being trauma-informed and has a strong developmental focus.
Psychological services are available for all ages and life stages (children, adolescents, adults, couples and families), helping them establish and strengthen meaningful relationships and enhancing their quality of life.
We offer in-person treatment in our Picton and Mittagong offices, as well as phone and video sessions.
Our psychologists are providers under Medicare (Better Access), SIRA / Workers Compensation, NDIS, DVA and PHN Suicide Prevention Service.

I have 14 years of experience working with multicultural populations, in different countries such as the USA and Lebanon. I offer therapy in both English and Arabic. I can also hold a conversation in French. I support at-risk youth, displaced families, and those facing relationship problems. I work with mood disorders and different types of trauma, created by bullying and domestic violence. I offer a client-centred and multicultural approach in therapy. I emphasise accepting the uniqueness of each individual while also working with the intricate impact of culture on self- awareness, development and overall well-being.
In addition to the wide range of therapeutic techniques I use, I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am also an animal lover and believe in integrating animals into therapy, when appropriate, as this type of therapy can provide soothing, healing and comfort for individual clients.
I view the process of counselling as a delicate and enriching experience, both for my clients as well as for myself as a counsellor.

The areas I specialise in are as follows: attachment disorders, complex trauma histories, those diagnosed with personality disorders, specialising in Borderline Personality Disorder.
