I work with clients to hold space for all of their emotions, including the pain, suffering, hurt, and unbearably tough emotions and experiences that can often lead us to have suicidal thoughts. I not only aim to help clients find strategies to manage and regulate these emotions and experiences, but I also aim to help them understand themselves and their needs better in order to help them find what they are truly seeking.
