I have unique experience working with the relational, emotional, and cultural issues faced by men. I also have specific training in treating trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, and life transitions with skills gained from training in DBT, IFS, Relational Life Therapy, and trauma-informed theory. Starting therapy is hard and sometimes scary. I am glad you are starting to give yourself the care you need. It’s time to set down the bricks of the past and build a more fulfilling life and future.
