My therapy career began in the private practice setting and then I worked at a clinic as a child and family therapist for several years before starting my own practice. My specialization and training is in working with couples, kids and families and individuals. Currently, I'm an EMDR certified therapist which is one of the best evidence based trauma recovery models for those wanting to move through painful experiences and find healing from trauma.
