I help them to overcome and cope with such feelings, and empower them to have the life they want through healing from their past traumas.
I specialize in working with individuals that have experienced stressful or dangerous events such as child abuse, domestic violence, the loss of a parent, parents that have struggled with substance abuse or mental illness, or just multiple bad days strung together.

Contrary to what others (or your partner) may tell you, abuse is NOT your fault and everyone, including you, is SO worthy of being treated with respect.
