I work with a variety of different concerns women face, such as Trauma, Adjustment Issues, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Shame, Obsessive/Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Health/Caregiver concerns. My theoretical approach utilizes the underpinnings of Cognitive Behavioral Theory, while incorporating perspectives and interventions from Narrative, Feminist, and Existential Theories.

In addition to being an LPC, I am also a certified hypnotherapist. Hypnosis is the intentional setting of your internal compass, and it can be a powerful tool toward self-determination.
