Enso Wellness, LLC was created to provide an option for counseling and psychotherapy that focuses on each client’s individual needs. Every person is unique and deserves to have a space where they can share their unique experiences, and have those experiences validated while they seek the help they need. I utilize an Integrative and Client-centered therapeutic approach while providing my clients a supportive and nonjudgmental space where we will collaborate on their care.
