My areas of expertise are addictions, trauma, and anxiety though I have lots of clients struggling with relationship conflicts, divorce, and loss of a loved one as well. My goals are to help clients gain insight, connect with themselves authentically, heal from past traumatic experiences, and live more fully in the present moment. I offer in-person sessions primarily and only do telehealth when in-person truly isn't an option. My experience is that telehealth has not been nearly as effective as in-person sessions for the type of therapy modalities I offer.
