Trauma can deeply impact one's mental and emotional well-being, leading to symptoms such as flashbacks, hypervigilance, and avoidance behaviors. Using therapies such as cognitive processing therapy (CPT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), I work with clients to process traumatic experiences, reduce distressing symptoms, and regain a sense of safety and control.
