I will help you focus and build on your strengths and supports, look at different perspectives, learn skills, and use them to work on yourself and your overall mental health.
Mental health must recognize individualism- within the psychotherapeutic environment, my key values include respecting and empowering individualism, and creating a safe, collaborative approach with you. You are the storyteller of your life, and my role is to further support you while you write, edit, and enhance the pages.
