BPD is a very debilitating disorder for most who suffer from this. I can give you insights into your disorder and give you strategies to deal with your 'bad' days. I know that a lot of therapists resist working with people who suffer from Borderline Personality Disorder, I am not one of those therapists, and have over the many years in practice, persisted with working with BPD clients, and on account of my persistence, I have gained very good outcomes in terms of best coping strategies. Don't hesitate to contact me, so we can speak about your personal needs and intervention strategies, which will lead to a healthier lifestyle, mentally and socially, and personally.
