My approach to trauma and PTSD is grounded in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Through these modalities, I provide a safe and supportive space for clients to process their traumatic experiences, gain a deeper understanding of their symptoms, and develop coping strategies for managing symptoms in everyday life.
