Approach Description: I approach therapy from a developmental, behavioral, trauma-informed, and relational perspective. I strive to help clients accept the natural and common struggles of developmental blunders as well as help them make sense of the self-protective instincts and habits we use to survive traumatic and distressing experiences which may not be aiding our lives anymore. I help clients step into giving their brains and bodies experiences with getting through what distresses them in safety and build up those experiences towards increased confidence and decreased distress.
