I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years experience helping people create positive change in their lives. I have an eclectic approach to treatment, but tend to draw from relational and cognitive behavioral approaches in order to design a specialized treatment plan based on your unique needs.My expertise includes mood disorders, depression, addictions, relationships issues, eating disorders, anxiety and panic symptoms. In addition to being a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the states of Texas, Florida and Illinois, I have completed Level 1 Gottman Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and I am a certified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) as well as Perinatal Mental Health clinician (PMH-C). I received my M.S. and Psy.D. in clinical psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, Illinois. I also possess an E.Passport from the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards (ASPPB) and have obtained an Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) from the PSYPACT Commission that allows me practice teletherapy in over 30 states.
