Hello! I work with my clients from a strengths-based non-pathologizing orientation in honour of their unique soul and soul's journey. I am a Clinical Counsellor & Psychotherapist and I have extensive experience in a working in a variety of settings. This includes working with children & teens in both the primary and secondary school sector. Furthermore, I have worked in corporate & community sectors with individuals presenting with diverse clinical presentations as well as in family violence and as a on site critical incident trauma clinician. I also specialise in trauma, relationships and behaviour change and I have a variety of tools and modalities that I use in my practice to suit your individual needs.
