I am a Gestalt Psychotherapist and an NLP practitioner. I work from a holistic framework that appreciates the client in their entirety. The therapeutic relationship is based on mutual respect and curiosity rather than one of expert cure. I offer SKYPE, PHONE and FACE TO FACE COUNSELLING.

Approach Description: Gestalt Psychotherapy: Is an existential/experiential for of psychotherapy that emphasizes personsal responsibility, and that focuses upon the individual's experience in the present moment. NLP: Explores the relationship between how we think (neuro), how we communicate (linguistic) and our patterns Resource Therapy: Resource Therapy (RT) is a short term and long lasting therapy that deals with the cause of the problem, not just the symptoms. It's a therapy that works with the part of the person that has the problem, which is why it's a quick and effective way of helping your clients to inner freedom.
