We explore past traumas and limiting beliefs by inviting all the inner ‘parts’ to come forward and be heard. Through exploring one’s mental, emotional, and spiritual world, we work to bring greater awareness to what is holding them back from living their most authentic and fulfilling life.
I lead with compassion, authenticity, and curiosity in session. My approach weaves together these healing modalities to effectively address the mind, body, and soul. Healing is complex and non-linear, which is why I bring patience, acceptance and curiosity to sessions as we traverse these landscapes together. I believe we are always moving towards greater wholeness and we all already hold the wisdom within that is needed for change. Why did no one warn you about how hard the transition to parenthood was going to be? You often feel that you’re not doing a “good enough” job and wonder why other parents seem to have it all figured out. You may not have had the pregnancy, birth, or postpartum experience that you wanted. You love your baby more than anything but you don’t always love being a parent.
I’ve been there. Therapy is a resource that helped me feel less alone as I navigated the immense changes that came with becoming a parent. I’m a queer, neurodivergent mother of twins and my lived experience with perinatal loss, birth trauma, NICU parenting, being postpartum in 2020, and perinatal mental health disorders drew me to this work.
