I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help individuals heal from traumatic experiences and regain control over their lives. EMDR is a highly effective, evidence-based approach that enables you to process and integrate traumatic memories, reducing their emotional impact. In a safe and supportive environment, I guide you through this transformative process, helping you build resilience and develop healthier coping mechanisms. Whether you're dealing with recent trauma or long-standing issues, my goal is to support your journey toward healing and empowerment.
Whether you are experience the lasting effects of childhood trauma, or have gone through a recent traumatic event, finding a way forward can feel hopeless. You may be experiencing challenges in your relationships, or struggling with anxiety or depression. With support, it is possible to move through trauma, reduce the frequency and intensity of triggers and trauma responses, and find healing and harmony in yourself again.
We provide a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment, promoting authenticity and instilling hope for individuals struggling with trauma and PTSD. If you are ready to take these courageous steps, we would be honored to be a part of your light.

Trauma creates profoundly deep and painful wounds. These wounds can be difficult to heal, as we often suppress them, have difficulty expressing them, or do not have safe spaces to unearth them. Unhealed trauma can inform how we make decisions, how we see ourselves, how we see others and our world, and how we react to these things. My work with trauma survivors is to instill hope and self-worth, acknowledge and validate all emotions, create feelings of safety, and provide permission giving for struggle. Remember, it is okay to not be okay.
I work with trauma and PTSD in a mult-pronged approach through guided breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, tapping technique, working through the narrative, managing the body's fight or flight response.

Unfortunately, many types of trauma occur, and many people suffer from PTSD. Co-occurring psychiatric conditions often exist in parallel as well. Symptoms can be very difficult, disabling, and a careful comprehensive evaluation and treatment plan can help a great deal to decrease the suffering and promote recovery and health.
