Parenting is a very hard, beautiful job. I support parents throughout the whole journey. I am a mom to two school-aged kids. In the past, I have worked as a School Counselor and School-based therapist with kids ages K-12, often and currently I work with parents of HSP/neurodivergent and/or gifted kids, and I've worked with tweens and teens and their parents who were navigating struggles with substance use issues. I love being a parent, and I also know how hard it can be.
