Anger is an emotion that is underrecognized both from the general public and diagnostically. It can ruin our day just like anxiety and depression and can lead to us hurting the ones we care about, even when we don't mean to or want to. We also face a lot of stigma instead of compassion when we're angry because it can make people scared of us. I want to help with your goals to understand, reduce, manage, and accept your anger to leave you feeling better with stronger relationships with your loved ones and all the wonderful people you'll meet throughout life. Anger accompanies a lot of experiences, including trauma and being at the receiving end of other people's anger.
