The central focus is on reconnecting with the vulnerable inner child by exploring trauma incidents, past or present, and unraveling the maladaptive beliefs and coping mechanisms that developed as a result of these traumatic wounds. The aim is to support clients to regain control over their lives, cultivate healthier coping mechanisms for their inner trauma wounds, and rediscover inner peace.
