I explore the dynamics in the family or in couples as they interact with each other during a session and see how they can empower each other and themselves to love each other and themselves rather than feed each other's negativity. With this exploration, the relationship can grow to be more fulfilling, loving, and comforting. To that purpose, I use positive psychology, integrative holistic theories and practices, meditation, and breathwork so that my clients can experience a fulfilling life and become the authentic person they've wanted to be.
