Forgiveness can be profound and transformative, and help to liberate you from the weight of resentment and hurt. In therapy for forgiveness, I provide compassionate support in your journey of letting go. Together, we explore the complexities of forgiveness and acknowledge and honour the pain you've experienced while also cultivating in-depth understanding of how things came to be the way they did.

Forgiveness Therapy. Forgiveness does not mean forgetting or condoning the wrongdoing, granting legal mercy, or reconciling a relationship. You can forgive a person while in no way believing that their actions were acceptable or justified.
Forgiveness is NOT a necessary step in being whole. If you are pursuing forgiveness from someone else or in the process of trying to forgive someone, I am here to offer a listening ear and guide you through the process. I am available for individual or family/couples therapy in this area.
