I utilize a variety of modalities (e.g., Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, EMDR, Solution Focused Therapy) to assist clients to identify and understand their individual strengths and learn ways of coping that create growth and health. I have extensive training, expertise, and more than 10 years experience in providing counselling therapy, assessments, and consultation in a variety of settings. And I am a certified EMDR therapist. Services offered include: Counselling therapy for Stress, Anxiety, OCD, Panic, Depression and mood difficulties, PTSD, Trauma, grief and loss. As well as Cognitive and Psycho-educational assessments for students.
