Therapy with me is much like a conversation. We will begin our relationship with you sharing a little bit about the past. From there we will try to make connections to the present day, so that we can then focus on staying in the moment and begin learning how to cope on a daily basis. My methods include mindfulness, somatics, and DBT. Please reach out with any questions you might have. I know this isn't an easy process.
