There are so many things about getting older that no one talks about. Losing friends and family, losing the ability to do certain things you used to enjoy, aches and pains from illness or just from things wearing out, not being able to drive anymore or feel as independent. Many things people take for granted can start to lost as we age. I work with people experiencing these changes to help process what is going on and how to adjust to new limitations. I also work with people on what is meaningful to them and what things they can do now to enjoy their life and find purpose and connection in it.
