My expertise is in helping high achieving, ambitious women (who may recognize these symptoms of high functioning anxiety in themselves) learn to manage anxious thoughts, feel more content and at peace with self, and create healthy, reciprocal relationships. Learn to create self-trust, cease the second guessing of self, and feel confident to set healthy boundaries and live life in a way that honors you. Helping women create healthy, fulfilling romantic relationships, feel more confident in the dating and relationship choices you make, and heal from previous hurts in romantic relationships (i.e. infidelity, feeling let down by partners, domestic abuse) using a compassionate trauma informed approach is my subset therapeutic passion. You are so incredibly worthy of knowing what you deserve and feeling empowered to live life in a way that honors your emotional and physical needs.
