BPD/EUPD can be heavily stigmatised and judged, which can sadly prevent understanding and support from others. And whilst I hold sound knowledge of the struggles that can exist, I'll meet you as a person first and foremost, be interested in hearing how things are for you, and work to establish a relationship where you feel genuinely safe, supported and empowered - not judged, blamed or shamed. Counselling sessions are your space, yet I can be of support in exploring intense/overwhelming feelings and emotions, working through any underlying traumas, and finding new ways of relating and coping.
