I spent more than 20 years in the corporate world where I suffered from anxiety and stress, so much so that I normalized it. I lived on the hamster wheel of 'get up and go' where I adapted the 'hustle and grind' culture, which then defined the person I became. It started to take its tole on my decisions at work, my career, my relationships with my peers and eventually my health.
At my practice, I work with corporations, leaders and individuals where we address stress and anxiety by understanding the underlying causes and clarifying the science of the trauma and the stress response. My approach is to empower you around leadership, diversity, culture, collaboration and business strategies. Real change can only happen when we start at the root level by identifying our patterns and why we react the way we do.
