We know that cognitive and behavioural interventions (CBT) are often very effective but we also have therapists skilled in acceptance and commitent therapy (ACT), family systems and schema therapy.

Depression has a deceptive timelessness where it can feel like things have always been this dark and will always be this dark. But that's not true. Nothing in nature remains static.
