Anxiety is one of the Goliaths of our time. There is no way around the mountain of pain and darkness; you have to go through in order to get to the light on the other side. The work I offer works to pull out all the tools to support you on the sometimes arduous trek toward inner peace. The only way to neutralize and transform any part of yourself that is causing you pain and grief is to completely and courageously shine a light on it and then systematically master it through a process of detecting it, disrupting it and eventually replacing it. Breathwork, visualization, thought logs, parts work, supplements, talk therapy as well as somatic focusing are all part of the tool box we draw from in order to neutralize anxiety holistically.
