I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have spent over 18 years collaborating therapeutically with individuals, families, and schools. My passion is to help people learn ways to capitalize on their strengths, to help create an openness to gain improved skills, and to provide support as clients set a path towards improved day-to-day functioning. My experience has allowed me to help children, adolescents, and adults in private practice, juvenile justice settings, community settings, and school settings.
I now work exclusively in private practice and specialize in working with adults. I have treated a wide variety of conditions and have developed specialties in supporting those affected by depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, parenting concerns, coping difficulties, and chronic illness.
I have a wealth of respect for those who choose to enter counseling. My goal is to provide a supportive and collaborative counseling environment so that you can use your strengths as a spring board to help achieve healing and growth.
