our anxiety is like checking the fridge, even though you know there’s nothing there. The logical part of you knows it’s illogical to worry about this stuff, but you keep returning to being anxious. It’s just exhausting being this anxious all the time. You find yourself turning to friends and families to soothe your anxieties, but it’s a short-term fix, and you generally find your way back to worrying pretty soon. It’s gotten to a point where you can’t imagine a life without your anxiety. People around you seem to getting frustrated with your anxiety. It’s like you were born with a different default setting than everyone else.
I believe that when it comes to anxiety, the problem isn’t that you worry too much. It’s that you don’t worry enough in the right way. I provide you with practical experience in how to worry correctly, what to do when the incorrect kind of worry visits you, and how to defuse and tame the anxiety that you’ve been living with for so long.
You can tame your anxieties. Your life doesn’t have to be defined by your worries. Start spending your life enjoying your friends and the world around you, instead of waiting for the next attack of anxiety to visit. Feel relief that you didn’t think was possible. Anxiety/Fear is a therapeutic program which is closely related, and both express the concept of danger or the possibility of injury. Fear is seen as a reaction to a perception of threat posed by a specific, observable danger. Anxiety, however, is seen as diffuse, a sort of unfocused, objectless, future-oriented feeling. Therefore, fear is a perception that is attached to a specific circumstance, incident or thought. Matters related to death/dying are more likely to constitute the form of constant anxiety as opposed to real time fear. Additionally, anxiety refers to emotional matters such as arousal associated with the perception of fear, bashfulness, boredom, disappointment, doubt, or mental conflict.
