In my practice, I provide a nurturing and respectful space for women navigating the unique challenges and transitions that can arise throughout their lives. With a holistic approach that includes Mindfulness, the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Role-Playing, I support women in exploring and addressing issues such as relationship dynamics, self-esteem, career pressures, motherhood, and life transitions. Mindfulness helps cultivate a present-moment awareness and acceptance, EFT offers a method for managing emotional stress, IFS allows for an exploration of internal parts and their roles, CBT challenges unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior, and Role-Playing enhances coping skills in real-life scenarios. My role is to guide and empower women through these experiences, providing tools and insights to foster resilience, personal growth, and a deeper understanding of themselves. Together, we work towards not only resolving immediate concerns but also building a foundation for lasting well-being and fulfillment.
