Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW
Throughout life we face difficulties, challenges, and unpleasant emotions and events, and therapy can be a helpful platform to ease emotional burden and increase balance and fulfillment in life. I want to work alongside you towards pursuing a life that inspires you as you become your favorite version of yourself. I am honored by my clients who choose to trust me during their therapeutic journey, one that is filled with growth, acceptance, and empowerment leading towards goal attainment and self-discovery. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, substance use, and life transitions using evidence-based practices. I utilize several evidenced-based practices including ACT, DBT, and CBT, and incorporate these approaches to meet the needs of each individual client. My role as a therapist is to help my clients recover their true sense of self by learning to make healthier choices and improve relationships with themselves and others. I believe that therapy can be a fulfilling, empowering experience.

Marriage and Family Therapist, AMFT
Why did no one warn you about how hard the transition to parenthood was going to be? You often feel that you’re not doing a “good enough” job and wonder why other parents seem to have it all figured out. You may not have had the pregnancy, birth, or postpartum experience that you wanted. You love your baby more than anything but you don’t always love being a parent. I’ve been there. Therapy is a resource that helped me feel less alone as I navigated the immense changes that came with becoming a parent. I’m a queer, neurodivergent mother of twins and my lived experience with perinatal loss, birth trauma, NICU parenting, being postpartum in 2020, and perinatal mental health disorders drew me to this work.

My approach to therapy is primarily somatic and mindfulness based in nature, meaning we focus on the way your body feels when you get stressed or have unintended responses. I am interested in helping you to learn how to soothe those bodily reactions whether they are rooted deep in the past from traumas long ago or from current life challenges or from specific traumatic incidences. I support each individual in a manner that is unique to our relationship, be it using cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic therapy, expressive arts or utilizing transpersonal images and symbols.
